Meet Our Team
Jim & Donna
Jim and Donna officially launched Heaven’s Gain Ministries in 2008. They designed our HGM Exclusive caskets, urns, and memorial items. Donna is our Certified Advocate for Parents of Perinatal Loss (APPL) and a Certified Baby Loss Doula. Donna teaches the APPL certification training and is available for speaking engagements. Both Donna and Jim hold positions on the Board, Jim is Acting President and Donna is the Executive Director of Heaven’s Gain Ministries.
Peer Group Leader & APPL
Kim has suffered five losses in the second trimester, and had the blessing of her 2 rainbow babies. Kim leads the peer support group meetings every month and is a Certified Advocate for Parents of Perinatal Loss (APPL).
Volunteer Coordinator
Sherry leads the volunteers every Wednesday at Heaven’s Gain. She is a skilled artist and helps in the developement of caskets and urns, and we are so blessed to have her. She also can make many of our urns.
Executive Assistant
Megan is Donna’s Executive Assistant, helping to organize the many facets of Heaven’s Gain Ministries.
Kate
Office Manager
Kate helps to keep the inventory stocked, keeps the financial books, and coordinates the employee schedules. She also assist Donna, the Executive Director in a variety of tasks. She started working at HGM in 2019.
