Hotline/Birth Planning FAQs
What is your hotline?
Our hotline is a way moms who have found out their baby has died can make a birth plan for delivery. We can also help moms who just delivered within the past day find ways to make memories with their baby and arrangements for burial.
What number do I call/text?
Call or text 513-888-4200 and press extension 1.
When do I call/text?
It’s best to contact us right when you find out the baby has died, such as when there’s no heartbeat on the ultrasound, so before delivery of the baby. You can also call as you are being admitted to the hospital for induction, or during active labor at home for 1st trimester losses. If you call right after delivery, we can still assist with memory-making and burial questions, and if you call after the baby has already been buried, we can still assist you with our peer support department. Hotline hours are 8am-midnight Eastern Time.

Why a birth plan?
Are birth plans virtual?
We can also meet-up in person in the Greater Cincinnati area and some other select cities. We also visit 8 hospitals in greater Cincinnati for in-person visits.
How long does it take to create a birth plan?
Can I call if I've already delivered?
Yes, still call our main number. Extension 1 is for when the mom has not yet delivered or delivered within the past day. Perhaps you have delivered but not yet buried and have an urgent question about the baby’s remains. This line is available 16 hours a day 8am-midnight eastern time.
Extension 2 is for peer support services. You can ask less urgent burial questions, schedule a free peer support appointment, or get information on our support groups.
Extension 3 is for supplies or shipping product questions.
